Senior Sales Executive

Equabli is seeking a results-driven sales executive to play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships. The sales executive will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, while contributing to Equabli's mission of delivering high-value SaaS solutions to clients.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales pipeline growth
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Develop a deep understanding of Equabli's SaaS products to effectively demonstrate and communicate value propositions tailored to client needs
  • Drive new customer acquisition through direct sales efforts, partner channels, and networking
  • Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' challenges and positioning Equabli as a strategic solution
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling
  • Develop relationships with key enterprise clients, identifying their needs and positioning Equabli's SaaS solutions as the best fit
  • Customer Success & Retention

  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Implement strategies for maximizing client retention and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Serve as the face of the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Equabli's product offerings
  • Sales Reporting & Metrics

  • Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and KPIs
  • Accurately maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity records in the CRM system
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on sales progress and market insights
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct research to identify and pursue new market opportunities, verticals, and client segments
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the SaaS industry

  • Work closely with the sales leadership, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client acquisition and retention
