About the Role

TriCore Panels is a women-owned, fast-growing subcontractor specializing in premium architectural panel systems. As we expand throughout the Bay Area, we are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative who can build strong client relationships, drive new business, and ultimately help grow and lead a sales team.

This role begins with a strong emphasis on hands-on sales development, building our book of business, and establishing our presence with general contractors, architects, property developers, and project managers in the local area. Over time, as TriCore expands, this position will evolve into mentoring and supervising a future sales team.


You will work closely with the CEO and General Manager to support sales strategy, market penetration, and long-term business development across Northern California.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development (Initial Phase)

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the region.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, client visits, industry networking, trade events, preconstruction walks, and lunch-and-learns.
  • Strengthen TriCore’s presence with GCs, architects, and developers by showcasing our expertise and value.
  • Follow up on existing outstanding proposals.
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines through Hubspot CRM and Monday.com.
  • Work with prequalification admin to ensure we are submitting requested documents in a timely manner to potential new customers.
  • Prepare proposals, support bid strategies, and collaborate with internal teams on project handoffs.
  • Evaluate incoming potential opportunities

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide regular communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve concerns and align expectations with exceptional customer service.

Sales Strategy & Leadership (Growth Phase)

  • Work with the CEO and GM to support sales forecasting, targeting, and regional growth planning.
  • Participate in developing scalable sales systems and reporting structures.
  • Assist with interviewing, mentoring, and onboarding future sales team members.
  • Support marketing, branding, and community outreach initiatives to deepen TriCore’s industry visibility.
