Job Title: Sales Executive (Dental Lab Services)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to expand our dental laboratory client base by building strong relationships with dental clinics and promoting our prosthetic solutions. The ideal candidate will actively identify new business opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and serve as a key link between dentists and our lab team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients (dentists, dental clinics, dental chains)
  • Promote the lab’s products and services (crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, etc.)
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct regular visits to clinics to present services and follow up on cases
  • Understand client needs and communicate them clearly to the technical team
  • Provide product knowledge and basic technical explanations to clients
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (healthcare or dental industry is a strong advantage)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel and visit clinics regularly
  • Basic understanding of dental terminology/procedures (preferred, but can be trained)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Valid driver’s license (if field visits are required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with dental clinics or labs
  • Existing network of dentists is a big plus
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
