Role Description

This is a 100% remote, commission-based, independent contractor Sales Representative — Tech Sales role. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored website and digital service solutions to small business and entrepreneurial clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up with prospects, preparing and delivering proposals, and closing deals in alignment with company goals. The role also involves collaborating with the development team to ensure accurate scoping, providing clear client expectations, and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the sales cycle. Compensation scales with performance — reps start at 25–45% commission depending on how the deal closes, with top performers earning up to 50% once they've closed 5 consecutive booked-and-paid deals, plus retainer bonuses on recurring clients.

Qualifications

No prior sales experience required — full training, scripts, and support provided

Prior sales, customer service, or communication experience is a plus, but not necessary

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated, comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

Comfortable with a commission-based, results-driven compensation structure

Familiarity with websites or basic web/digital marketing concepts is helpful but not required

Must be able to work fully remotely and coordinate with the team primarily via Discord and virtual calls

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
