SAP/SF Employee Central Consultant

<strong>Work you'll do:</strong><br/><br/>As an SAP/SF Employee Central Consultant, you will use your knowledge and experience to help clients solve pressing HR issues by:<ul><li>Lead and manage workstream to contribute to the overall project success</li><li>Working with a large team to deliver results for your client</li><li>Managing to and maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate</li><li>Enjoy the chance to build strong relationships with the client and project team. This will help your growth and development.</li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Over 2 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central projects. Completed at least 1 full life cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.</li><li>Lead at least one full life cycle implementation in larger projects. Drive your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service.</li><li>Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve</li><li>Limited immigration sponsorship may be available</li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Experience with consulting firms, preferably Big 4, supporting enterprise clients</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel</li></ul>The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
