Job Description Senior Analyst, North America Digital Product Office plays a key role in driving digital wallet initiatives and bringing innovative digital payment solutions to market across the U.S. Supporting merchants, issuers, and partners, this role leads go-to-market strategy and commercialization efforts for consumer payment products and value-added services. Responsibilities include developing localized product and go-to-market strategies, defining commercial constructs (pricing, contracting), and leading cross-functional initiatives to launch and scale solutions. The role also supports billing, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure operational excellence. You will collaborate across Global Product, Strategy, Partnerships, Pricing, and Legal, while engaging clients and ecosystem partners. Success requires strong execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-evolving digital commerce landscape. We are seeking a strategic, data-driven professional passionate about scaling digital wallets and advancing innovation across the payments ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Define market requirements for digital products and capabilities, and provide structured feedback to Global Product teams to influence roadmap priorities Drive the U.S. digital product, digital commerce, and card-not-present (CNP) roadmap, with a strong focus on advancing digital wallet initiatives Establish and maintain robust program governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and executive steering updates across multiple concurrent workstreams Build and lead cross-functional coalitions, aligning priorities, resources, and timelines across Product, Technology, Pricing, Risk, Legal, Marketing, Government Relations, and external partners Identify, manage, and resolve interdependencies, risks, and bottlenecks; escalate issues with clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership Balance competing priorities, leverage synergies, and integrate initiatives to maximize overall program and commercialization impact Support development of commercial constructs, including budgeting, pricing, incentives, and partnership structures Capture best practices and lessons learned to build repeatable go-to-market playbooks for scalable product launches Partner with Client Solutions teams to support pilot programs, new product exploration, and ongoing client engagement Maintain clear, concise executive communications, ensuring leadership has visibility into progress, risks, and key decisions Support billing, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure operational rigor and enable data-driven decision-making This is a hybrid position. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD 4+ years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD) Demonstrated experience in payments, fintech, or digital commerce, with strong industry interest and engagement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual rigor and structured thinking Prior experience in product management, consulting, payments and e-commerce strongly preferred Excellent communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles or sales and commercialization environments Proven ability to influence and build consensus across cross-functional stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with MicroStrategy and Tableau is a plus Ability to independently lead complex initiatives with multiple workstreams, delivering results across diverse business challenges Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working in matrixed environments Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies in a dynamic, high-growth environment Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear, compelling messages to senior leadership and external partners Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, strong ownership, and a bias for execution Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex programs in a global, matrixed organization. Exceptionally structured, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Action-oriented “owner” mindset—translates high-level concepts into concrete execution plans. Strong capability in stakeholder management and communication at all organizational levels. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; able to build executive-ready presentations and data models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and external clients. Superior judgment and decision-making skills, especially under pressure. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this position is $124,300 to $233,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
