Job Description SoulCycle is seeking a sharp, curious data professional with a passion for turning numbers into narratives and insights into action. If you have a strong foundation in analytics and business intelligence, a deep comfort with SQL, and the ability to move fluidly between data infrastructure and executive-level storytelling, we'd love to hear from you. The Senior Analyst / Manager will be the connective tissue between our data systems and the decisions that drive our business forward. This role is equally focused on the technical work of building and maintaining reliable, scalable data models and dashboards, and the strategic work of surfacing trends, patterns, and opportunities that help SoulCycle make smarter, faster decisions. The ability to own an analysis end-to-end, from pulling the data to presenting the "so what," is essential. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-obsessed problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to prioritize competing demands without losing rigor or quality. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that touches every team at SoulCycle, and the right person will be energized by that breadth, not overwhelmed by it. This individual will develop deep expertise in SoulCycle's full data landscape, contribute to our long-term data strategy, and help build a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization, all while staying close to the day-to-day analytical needs of a fast-moving business. RESPONSIBILITIES Insights & Recommendations: Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to understand business questions, deliver timely analysis, and surface opportunities for data-driven improvement Visualizations & Dashboarding: Design and maintain ad-hoc and recurring Looker reports; build and monitor key business metrics; proactively identify trends and performance gaps Data Modeling: Build, optimize, and document LookML models that support scalable, efficient analysis across the organization Infrastructure & Data Quality: Audit existing dashboards and data sources to identify consolidation opportunities; diagnose and resolve data discrepancies; partner with the Data Engineering team to improve data pipelines and ensure reporting accuracy. Possess a strong instinct for when data doesn't look right and the analytical rigor to trace issues back to their source. Predictive Modeling: Develop and maintain models that forecast business outcomes, customer behavior, and other key metrics Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep familiarity with SoulCycle's full data landscape and contribute to evolving how the business measures performance Qualifications 4 to 6 years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering Expert in SQL; proficiency in Python (pandas, matplotlib, etc.) strongly preferred Hands-on experience with Looker/LookML; familiarity with Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks, and GCP/AWS Experience with predictive modeling or statistical analysis (regression, forecasting) a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator: able to translate complex data into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Creative problem-solver who thrives on ambiguous questions Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties with limited direction JOINING THE SOULCYCLE FAMILY As a member of the SoulCycle family, you will enjoy: Competitive salary, benefits, and perks/discounts at SoulCycle Unlimited complimentary rides at all SoulCycle locations Growth, leadership, and professional development opportunities The salary range for this position is $100K to $110K.
