This role sits within the <b>Vendor Management</b> organization and reports directly to the <b>Vice President</b>.</p><p></p><p>This is a highly visible, field‑based position requiring approximately <b>50% travel</b>, with direct engagement across resellers, customers, and vendor partners. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, relationship leadership, and execution excellence to drive sustained growth.</p><p></p><p>As a key growth leader, the Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and executing customer‑centric growth strategies, expanding business within strategically important accounts, and closing complex, multi‑year opportunities. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders while serving as a trusted advisor to external partners.</p><p></p><p>Key responsibilities include building and maintaining senior‑level customer and reseller relationships, identifying and capturing organic growth opportunities, and delivering value‑added solutions aligned to Public Sector needs. This position also serves as a subject matter expert on <b>HP’s portfolio and technologies</b>, staying ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments.</p><p></p><p>The Senior Business Development Executive represents the organization at industry events, reseller forums, and vendor‑sponsored engagements, while also driving demand through coordinated seminars, training programs, and enablement initiatives. Ongoing analysis and reporting are required to communicate program performance, business impact, and forward‑looking growth strategies in close partnership with Account Management.</p><p></p><p>Overall, this role requires a <b>strategic, proactive, and highly motivated leader</b> with the ability to identify opportunities, influence outcomes, and deliver long‑term, profitable growth within the Public Sector space.</p><p></p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>What You’ll Do</b> </span></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the execution of the strategic customer growth plans and business relationships in assigned account(s) by providing value added solutions. </p></li><li><p>Delivers sales results for TD SYNNEX by both organically growing business within their assigned strategically large focus customers and in successfully closing large multi-year sales proposals. </p></li><li><p>Executing against vendor initiatives and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned vendor's brand, technology solutions, and program offerings for our customers. </p></li><li><p>Maintains and drives trending knowledge of products, competitors, technology and customers in the assigned supplier product market </p></li><li><p>Attend events as a representative of both the company and the vendor, including but not limited to; Industry events, Reseller-sponsored events (end user facing), Distribution events, Vendor-sponsored events (reseller facing) </p></li><li><p>Creating reports and presentations and delivering group and management presentations at customer sites. </p></li><li><p>Able to speak to the customer on TD SYNNEX's High-Growth value propositions, including Cloud, Data, IoT, etc. </p></li><li><p>Identifying and creating opportunity demand for products, coordinating seminars, training, and resource awareness for assigned customers to drive growth. </p></li><li><p>Performing analysis and reporting results of various program impact for identified customers, communicating success, issues, and future growth plan strategies to the Account Manager. </p></li><li><p>Mastery knowledge of assigned Vendor’s products/services as well as those of the entire organization. Fluidly move amongst products/services and be equally effective.  Full understanding of TD SYNNEX’s strategic sales pillars and associated value offerings to effectively sell into the territory </p></li><li><p>Works on a cross-section of the largest and/or most important accounts with the highest degree of complexity and variability.
