Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Remote Job

This role can be fully remote for candidates based on the US East Coast (Eastern or Central time zone), or hybrid for those in the NYC area. Our midtown Manhattan office operates on a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. About the Role We’re looking for a doer — someone who can design, execute, and optimize demand generation programs from start to finish. You’ll own campaign execution, ICP targeting, and conversion optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with product, sales, RevOps, and leadership to ensure our marketing work drives measurable pipeline. Our ICP is already defined — your job is to consistently arenaflex and engage those accounts with precision.This is a high-ownership role: you won’t just make plans — you’ll make things happen. What will you be doing? • ICP & ABM Execution • Consistently arenaflex only ICP accounts and personas in all campaigns. • Design and execute account-based marketing programs that drive engagement and pipeline within ICP accounts. • * Campaign Execution • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (content, digital ads, webinars, outbound support). • Work directly with sales & BDRs to align marketing and outbound processes. • * Content & Messaging • Deliver content and campaigns that resonate with ICP personas (developers, engineering leaders, CTOs). • Ensure all marketing efforts are tied directly to ICP pain points and buyer journey. • * Pipeline Conversion & Analytics • Track MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion, ensuring marketing contributes real pipeline. • Own lead scoring, attribution models, and dashboards in collaboration with RevOps. • * AI & Digital Visibility • Develop strategies to improve Conduktor’s visibility in AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.), as well as SEO/SEM. • Ensure our brand is discoverable across modern digital channels. • * Product Launches • Drive GTM campaigns for new product launches, coordinating across product, sales, and marketing. • Ensure launches are impactful, well-timed, and revenue-focused. • * Collaboration & Enablement • Partner with sales and BDRs to refine outbound processes and cadences. • Work closely with product marketing and RevOps to align on messaging, targeting, and attribution. What experience are we looking for? • 8–10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, marketing to a technical audience, with at least 3+ years in demand generation or digital marketing. • Proven track record of designing and owning campaigns end-to-end and driving measurable pipeline. • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Clearbit) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.). • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot CRM) and attribution reporting. • Experience building MQL → SQL conversion processes and aligning with BDR teams. • Experience with SEO and paid strategy (LinkedIn, arenaflex AdWords, etc) • Excellent project management skills — can drive multiple initiatives forward at once. • Strong content instinct: can identify and deliver content that moves ICPs. • Familiarity with AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) • Work with AI day-to-day and stay current on new tools • scrappy, entrepreneurial, take smart risks • Startup/scale-up experience preferred — comfortable wearing many hats and moving fast. What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) • All campaigns and outbound efforts are laser-focused on ICP accounts. • Multiple ABM campaigns launched and contributing pipeline. • Conduktor’s share of visibility improved in SEO,AI search and digital channels. • Marketing-to-sales handoff process improved with better conversion rates. • Product launches executed successfully with measurable impact on adoption and revenue.
