Job DetailsJob Category: Administrative ExemptionThe Senior Digital Solutions Director leads the strategy, sales and client management efforts for Wiland’s digital product portfolio.  This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-value client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of digital campaigns.     This individual partners cross-functionally with New Business Development, Client Success, and Product teams to align digital solutions with client goals, KPIs, and overall business strategies. The Senior Director also serves as a subject matter expert and thought leader, both internally and externally.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Maintain excellent working relationships with New Business Development, Client Success, assigned Clients, Digital & Data Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and success execution.  Communicate clearly across teams regarding client activity, opportunities, and performance. Take a company view, always selling and servicing digital services in a way complementary to, rather than competitive with, non-digital services. Serve as a digital product expert and brand ambassador for Wiland. Provide thought leadership through digital webinars, content creation, and industry speaking engagements. Provide digital thought leadership to New Business Development and Client Success teams. QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent work experience.  7+ years of experience in direct or co-op marketing 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising/ marketing employing a consultative sales approach Strong knowledge of digital marketing products and strategies Proven track record in business development, including cold calling, upselling, and cross-selling Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative    ADDITIONAL DETAILS Location: Remote  Department: Client Success Compensation: Base Salary Range $100,000 - $145,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component that is tied to new account revenue.
