Location Redmond, Washington Job type Contract Salary $37.46 - 47.36 per hour Work hours 8am to 5pm Education Bachelors Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive e-learning courses, microlearning modules, and curriculum using advanced authoring tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise. • Collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to conduct needs assessments and ensure all content is technically accurate and aligned with business goals. • Utilize multimedia tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite and Premier Pro, to develop engaging and interactive content such as videos, simulations, and quizzes. • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and uncompromising quality while adhering to instructional design standards and accessibility guidelines. • Contribute to strategic initiatives, exploring innovative methodologies such as AI-enabled learning and 3D modeling to enhance the learner experience. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, including full lifecycle development (needs analysis through evaluation). • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing advanced e-learning solutions using Articulate Storyline/Rise. • Proficiency with video and multi-media creation/editing using Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Creative Suite. • Demonstrated experience working with technical subject matter experts to create highly specialized, performance-based training. • Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours. • Key Skills Instructional Design, E-Learning Development, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Rise, Cross-functional Collaboration, Needs Assessment, Technical Writing, Performance-Based Training, Learning Technology.
