Job Summary

As part of Maison L’Occitane’s PR communications team, this role drives distinctive, culture-led PR strategies to strengthen brand equity and amplify brand impact. You will lead the development of integrated PR ecosystems, spanning media, influencers, creators, and community advocacy, to build relevance, spark conversation, and drive measurable impact across the full customer journey, from awareness to conversion. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and creative instinct, with the ability to translate brand narratives into compelling, out-of-the-box PR ideas that cut through today’s saturated beauty landscape.

You will play an important role, such as:

Strategic PR & Brand Building

  • Develop and execute holistic PR strategies aligned with brand’s objectives, campaign direction, and commercial priorities

  • Drive brand visibility and cultural relevance through impactful storytelling and differentiated communication angles

  • Plan PR activations across the full funnel from awareness, consideration, and conversion to support both brand building and recruitment

  • Elevate brand impact through high-quality earned visibility, with a strong focus on value-driven metrics such as EMV/VIT.

End-to-End PR Campaign Management
  • Own and lead end-to-end PR campaigns from strategy development to execution and post-campaign analysis, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and commercial priorities

  • Drive integrated campaign rollouts across media, influencers, creators, and brand-owned channels to maximize impact and consistency of messaging

  • Lead the planning and execution of PR events, brand collaborations, and strategic partnerships as part of the overall campaign ecosystem

  • Oversee full seeding strategy and execution, including KOL selection, outreach, budgeting, inventory planning, and PR kit development and distribution

  • Develop and adapt all PR and campaign materials (press releases, media kits, influencer briefs, key messaging) with strong storytelling and attention to detail

  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver campaigns with excellence, timeliness, and measurable results

Advocacy, Media & Community Ecosystem
  • Lead and evolve a holistic advocacy strategy spanning media, influencers, content creators, industry voices, and customers (UGC/KOC), driving consistent and high-impact brand storytelling

  • Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with key media, editors, journalists, and digital platforms, alongside a robust network of creators and brand advocates across tiers

  • Develop tailored media and creator strategies, including compelling pitches, story angles, and engagement frameworks to secure high-quality coverage and meaningful advocacy

  • Identify and activate emerging voices, platforms, and communities to keep brands culturally relevant and socially discoverable

  • Manage day-to-day media and influencer engagement with agility and professionalism, ensuring strong responsiveness, relationship continuity, and long-term partnership value

Creative PR & Cultural Relevance
  • Conceptualize and execute non-traditional PR ideas (e.g. podcasts, social-first formats, immersive experiences, cross-industry collaborations, community events)

  • Translate trends, insights, and cultural moments into timely PR opportunities that drive conversation and engagement

  • Ensure all PR outputs are creatively compelling, on-brand, and optimized for multi-platform amplification
