Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Fashion Designer specializing in Activewear market at NADA Identity Sdn Bhd, located in Shah Alam.

The Fashion

Designer will be responsible for the entire design process from concept to finished product. Tasks include sketching designs, selecting fabrics and materials, creating prototypes, overseeing fittings, and ensuring final products align with brand aesthetics and quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, is crucial for this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in fashion design (activewear and/or modest fashion is a plus)
  • Strong passion in creating Activewear and Athleisure collections with good understanding of the market
  • Good knowledge of textiles and technologies related to Activewear and Athleisure
  • Good connection / Able to source for suppliers
  • Able to also design Merchandises and Accessories
  • Experienced in working and dealing with international vendors
  • Skilled in using fashion design softwares (Adobe, etc.)
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Experienced in sourcing fabrics locally and abroad
  • Strong understanding of local fashion trends and local consumer behavior
  • Excellent creativity and design skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
