Senior iOS Developer (Swift) – Office-Based

Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior iOS Developer (Swift) to join our in-house mobile development team. You will play a key role in designing and developing innovative iOS applications that are secure, scalable, and user-friendly. This is a full-time office-based role suited for professionals who excel in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.

  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

  • Guide junior developers through code reviews, technical mentoring, and architectural decisions.

  • Stay updated with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and technologies.

  • Participate in regular scrum meetings, sprint planning, and agile development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Swift with a solid understanding of iOS SDKs, UIKit, CoreData, RESTful APIs, and AutoLayout.

  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVVM/MVC architecture.

  • Experience with Xcode, Git version control, and debugging tools.

  • Solid knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and App Store deployment processes.

  • Familiarity with unit testing and automated UI testing frameworks like XCTest.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in iOS app development.

  • Proven track record of at least two published iOS apps in the App Store.

  • Prior experience working in an agile environment is a plus.

  • Leadership experience or mentoring junior developers is highly preferred.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Office-Based Role (No Remote/Hybrid Option)

  • Occasional extended hours may be required during product launches or sprint deadlines.
