The Role

The Senior Lead, AGT Transformation Initiatives is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on driving critical initiatives from early concept through structured execution.This role operates at the center of AGT’s most strategic priorities—partnering directly with senior executives to bring clarity to ambiguity, shape direction, and accelerate execution of high-visibility initiatives.Unlike traditional program or project management roles, this position is designed for a strategic operatorr who can connect the dots across teams, rapidly assess priorities, and turn loosely defined ideas into actionable paths forward.You will play a pivotal role in triaging emerging priorities, structuring complex problems, and enabling leadership decisions, while ensuring initiatives gain momentum and deliver impact.

The Main Responsibilities

Initiative Triage & Acceleration
Serve as a central point for intake, triage, and prioritization of high-impact AGT initiatives
Rapidly assess initiative scope, dependencies, and feasibility to move efforts from concept to structured execution
Identify gaps, risks, and blockers early—driving clarity on next steps and ownership
Establish initial frameworks, hypotheses, and success criteria to guide execution


Strategic Problem Solving & Structuring

Break down ambiguous, complex topics into clear problem statements, workstreams, and execution paths
Develop actionable roadmaps and phased approaches for initiatives lacking defined structure
Connect inputs across stakeholders, teams, and data points to form cohesive strategies and recommendations
Translate evolving leadership priorities into aligned, executable actions


Executive Engagement & Influence

Partner closely with senior AGT and Transformation Office leaders as a trusted thought partner
Develop and deliver clear, compelling executive-ready materials that drive alignment and decisions
Facilitate discussions with cross-functional leaders to align on direction, tradeoffs, and outcomes
Operate effectively in high-visibility forums with shifting priorities and tight timelines


Execution Enablement

Help transition initiatives into execution by establishing clear ownership, milestones, and operating structure
Ensure sustained momentum by tracking progress, surfacing issues, and driving accountability where needed
Support special projects requiring hands-on leadership, rapid mobilization, and cross-functional coordination


Transformation & Continuous Improvement

Identify patterns across initiatives to improve how AGT intakes, prioritizes, and executes strategic work
Contribute to building scalable approaches for initiative management, triage, and execution discipline
Bring a continuous improvement mindset to enhance speed, clarity, and impact across transformation efforts


What We Look For in a Candidate

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, operations, or similar roles
Previous chief of staff experience with a top 500 company at a senior leadership level
Proven track record of leading or enabling high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives
Experience working directly with senior executives or C-suite stakeholders
Exceptional ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity without defined structure
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a bias toward action
Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with ability to influence senior audiences
Demonstrated ability to connect disparate inputs into cohesive strategies and execution plans
High degree of ownership, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise transformation, go-to-market organizations, or large-scale change initiatives
Background in consulting or roles requiring rapid structuring and executive advisory
Experience working in global or highly matrixed organizations
Familiarity with telecom, technology, or digital transformation environments

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$105,786 - $141,047 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$111,074 - $148,099 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$116,364 - $155,152 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
