About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to play a critical role in building and shaping a newly formed Product Development Lifecycle Transformation function. This role is responsible for transforming and optimizing how work gets done across the Digital, Data, and AI (DDAI) organization. Main accountability is improving efficiency, reducing friction, and accelerating delivery through strong product leadership, cutting-edge AI/ GenAI tooling, operating model design, and data‑driven execution

This individual will operate with significant autonomy and influence, partnering across product, engineering, design, data, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, drive change, and deliver measurable outcomes.

This role will directly report into the Head of Channel Strategy and Analytics; a former tier 1 consulting Partner looking to build this new function.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of product development operating models that improve efficiency, consistency, and speed to delivery.

  • Conduct end‑to‑end workflow mapping and optimization, identifying bottlenecks, duplication, and opportunities to simplify how work flows across teams.

  • Partner with leaders to assess organizational design, capacity alignment, and capability gaps to ensure resources are aligned to business outcomes.

  • Drive governance and standards that reduce variation and increase consistency across product development practices.

  • Identify, prioritize, and help implement automation and AI opportunities that eliminate manual work and improve productivity.

  • Lead or support the rollout of new tools and platforms, ensuring strong change management and adoption across teams.

  • Establish and maintain measurement systems and insights to track performance, outcomes, and ROI of transformation efforts.

  • Act as a horizontal leader—building trust, influencing without authority, and aligning stakeholders across functions and levels.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Tier 1 consulting firm experience is preferred

  • Extensive experience shipping digital products in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of modern product development practices.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing product development or operating models at scale.

  • Proven background in product transformation, including oversight of complex, cross‑functional initiatives.

  • Experience leading or supporting the implementation of new tools, platforms, and AI‑enabled solutions.

  • Strong track record of building measurement systems that connect operational improvements to business outcomes.

  • Advanced product management and systems‑thinking skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable plans

  • Deep understanding of process optimization, workflow design, and operational efficiency

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and drive insight‑led decisions

  • Change leadership and influencing skills, with comfort operating across both vertical and horizontal leadership structures

  • Ability to identify and articulate ROI, including productivity gains, faster delivery, and quality improvements

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range


Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
