Discover a top-rated culture, vast growth opportunities and your next big career move with Aprio.</p><p><br></p><p>Join Aprio's <strong>Risk Advisory and Assurance Services (RAAS) </strong>team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a <strong>Senior Manager</strong> to join their dynamic team. </p> <p> </p> <p>The Information Assurance Services (IAS) Senior Manager helps to lead client delivery relationships across various practice areas including SOC 1, SOC 2, and HIPAA engagement and to work in tandem with other Service Line Managers for joint engagements of SOC and another audit framework. This individual would ensure high quality delivery for client engagements; manage client relationships; manage client staffing and delivery; help to grow the IAS practice; and assist in recruiting and hiring. This individual would be helping to lead and develop talent to continue to support the IAS practice’s rapid growth of over 30% per annum. Strong project management skills are a must.</p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities:</b><ul> <li>Leveraging industry and technical expertise to assist management effectively identify risks and controls associated with Aprio’s clients’ businesses.</li> <li>Managing the client including all phases of client delivery such as planning, delivery, staffing, relationships, quality, staff development, issue management, reporting, etc.</li> <li>Coaching and staff development.</li> <li>Assisting with business development.</li> <li>Maintaining a presence and relationship with local and relevant professional organizations (AICPA, ISACA, etc.).</li> <li>Performing a variety of services for clients and working with others on joint engagements, including but not limited to: SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR Consulting, PCI-DSS, and ISO Certifications (27001, 27701, etc.).</li> <li>Remote position with 10% travel.</li> <li>Leading internal initiatives as necessary.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Qualifications:</b><ul> <li>A relevant certification (CPA, CISA, CRISC, CIPP, CISSP, CISM, etc.).</li> <li>7+ years of IT Audit experience, which includes a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing SOC Audits or similar audit engagements.</li> <li>Strong communication skills; verbal and written, with the ability to produce excellent written reports and audit documentation.</li> <li>Propensity to learn and self-develop.</li> <li>Commitment to exceptional client service and creative problem-solving ability with a consultancy mindset.</li> <li>Flexible, self-starter with the ability to interact with various levels of a client and firm management.</li> <li>Ability to lead engagement teams, review work papers and testing, and manage client relationships.</li> <li>Ability to train and develop team members, including development of other Managers.</li> <li>Ability and desire to assist with sales and the growth of the practice.</li> <li>Ability to project manage including managing multiple direct reports, overseeing multiple delivery teams and clients at the same time.</li> <li>Strong role model who creates a positive work environment for the team. </li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p> <div>$149,500 - $242,000 a year</div><small><div>The salary range for this opportunity is stated above.
