Position Summary: The Senior Manager - Learning Experience Design provides strategic leadership in AI-enabled instructional design and modern learning approaches to create scalable, learner-centered experiences. This role focuses on how learning is designed, delivered, and experienced. Key focus areas include using AI, digital tools, and evolving methodologies to improve learner engagement, speed to capability, and business impact. This role partners closely with Academy leaders, HR Technology, instructional design teams, and business stakeholders to evolve the learning experience ecosystem and modernize how learning content is developed and consumed. While collaborating with enterprise AI and HR Operations teams where appropriate, this role is specifically focused on the application of AI within learning design, content strategy, and learner experience — not broader enterprise AI product development or ownership of LMS administration. Location: This role is approved for remote work across the United States or out of Ferguson's corporate offices in Newport News, VA, according to company policy.
