Our Recruitment, Inclusion, and Culture (RIC) team seeks a Senior Manager to drive business outcomes across the North America market. Innovative in applying AI recruiting solutions and finding new ways to attract talent and visualize trends.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education & Experience Recommended<br><br></strong><ul><li>At least 5-7 years of management experience as a talent acquisition manager leading international teams of high-performing recruitment/HR professionals.</li><li>Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.</li><li>Effective communication, advice, and mentoring, including in situations regarding conflict management and performance management.</li><li>Ability to influence and advise business leaders about talent acquisition best practices.</li><li>Understanding of Business Strategies and Employer branding to align recruitment efforts with business goals.</li><li>Expertise in Customer Relationship Management</li><li>Experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Technical Recruitment.</li><li>Proficient in Recruitment Planning and Recruitment Strategies.</li><li>Strong experience in data analytics, data driven results, delivering, and communicating metrics Superior process improvement and Project Management skills for overseeing recruitment projects.</li><li>Familiarity with Digital and Social Media platforms for recruitment efforts.</li><li>Experience with HR Systems (Workday, Eightfold) for managing HR processes and data effectively.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Disclaimer<br><br></strong>This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
