Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Media to lead a team of specialist Digital Performance and Brand Media managers.

You will define and drive the regional media strategy, with accountability for delivering integrated brand and performance plans across all channels. You’ll work closely with Marketing and Engagement teams to align on key priorities, including major campaigns and live events.

You will bring together media, social, and engagement activity into one unified plan to support shared objectives.

You will lead a specialist team to deliver brand media and digital performance activity. You will also find opportunities to improve effectiveness, increase efficiency, and maximise the impact of media investment.

What you’ll do:

Lead and develop the Digital Performance and Brand Media team

Support the Marketing Director in shaping the marketing strategy and key initiatives

Deliver integrated digital and brand media plans with the wider Media team

Partner with Marketing Strategy, Creative, and Engagement teams to define key campaigns and priorities

Ensure consistent execution across all channels

Translate strategy into clear, actionable plans across markets

Own delivery against performance targets, working with Analytics and Marketing Insights teams to track CPAs, payback, and effectiveness

Manage and optimise relationships with external media agencies

Identify new media channel opportunities and lead test-and-learn initiatives

Partner with CRO specialists to improve conversion rates and onboarding journeys

Work with Analytics teams to develop reporting, insights, and measurement frameworks

Share regular updates on media performance, highlighting KPIs, insights, and actions

What you’ll bring:

Experience in marketing within the online gambling / iGaming industry A proactive, dedicated approach with the ability to take ownership

Experience improving performance across brand and digital media channels A commercial approach, with the ability to find opportunities and negotiate media agreements

Ability to translate strategy into effective execution

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across teams

Analytical skills, including reporting and competitor analysis

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Understanding of brand advertising in a performance-driven environment

Interest in, or knowledge of, online poker, casino, and sportsbook
