You will work closely with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to align people strategy with business priorities, drive transformation, and ensure operational excellence across regions.</h2><p></p><p></p><p><b>YOUR ROLE</b></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>Lead People Strategy</b></p><ul><li>Partner with business leaders to shape and deliver people strategies across organizational and leadership development, attraction and retention, engagement, employee relations, and change management</li><li>Advise leaders on workforce planning, geographic footprint, talent initiatives, retention, and upskilling, providing local expertise where required</li><li>Define and track key people metrics aligned with global reporting standards, linking insights to business outcomes</li><li>Influence people related communications and actively support change initiatives impacting the workforce</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Build Partnerships</b></p><ul><li>Develop a strong international HR network to support the aligned business</li><li>Build trusted relationships with HR partners across geographies to understand regional dynamics and the role of the Polish workforce within the global organization</li><li>Participate in global town halls and leadership team meetings to stay aligned with business strategy and strengthen executive relationships</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Drive Programs and Market Intelligence</b></p><ul><li>Lead HR workstreams for global and regional projects impacting the aligned business and geographies</li><li>Contribute to or lead regional HR initiatives in partnership with local HR teams</li><li>Maintain strong market awareness, including competitor insights and people practices, and engage with relevant HR and industry networks</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience as an HR Leader or Business Partner, or deep expertise in at least three HR focus areas (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Operations, HRIS, Learning & Development)</li><li><span>Experience working with Sales Teams and good understanding of overall Sales Processes, including quota assignment, sales compensation management, and other revenue related activities</span>.</li><li>Proven ability to translate business goals into effective people strategies</li><li>Strong understanding of global labor laws, cultural differences, and regional practices</li><li>Demonstrated influence without authority and strong stakeholder management skills</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and facilitate constructive conflict</li><li>Commercial mindset with the ability to connect people investment to business results and financial targets</li><li>University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.</li><li>Human Resources certification where applicable.</li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>BENEFITS</u></b>  - US</p><ul><li>Flexible home office!
