Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Operations & Guest Experience

  • Manage day-to-day operations for multiple short-term rental properties
  • Handle calendars, bookings, and guest communication with professionalism
  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
  • Maintain high ratings and positive guest experiences across all properties
Revenue & Performance Optimization
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
