Senior Sales Engineer

<p>Clear Capital is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Solution Engineering to lead and scale our<br>Solution Engineering function while remaining actively engaged in strategic and technically<br>complex sales opportunities.</p> <p><br>This role serves as both a people leader and senior technical partner to Sales, helping customers<br>understand the business value, operational fit, and implementation approach of Clear Capital’s<br>products, analytics, and data solutions.</p> <p><br>The ideal candidate will strengthen collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, and<br>Customer Success while building scalable, repeatable technical sales practices that support the<br>company’s long-term growth strategy.</p> <p><br>This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing leadership role that combines technical expertise,<br>commercial acumen, and operational execution.</p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>What You Will Work On</b><div> <ul> <li>Lead & Develop the Solution Engineering Function</li> <li>Build, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Solution Engineering team.</li> <li>Establish best practices for discovery, demonstrations, technical validation, and solution<br>design.</li> <li>Partner with Sales Leadership on territory coverage, resource allocation, and strategic deal<br>support.</li> <li>Create scalable processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and customer experience<br>across the sales cycle.</li> <li> Drive Technical Sales Execution</li> <li> Serve as a senior technical resource on complex enterprise opportunities.</li> <li> Partner with Sales teams to understand customer business objectives, workflows, and<br>technical requirements.</li> <li>Design solution approaches aligned to customer needs and Clear Capital capabilities.<br> Ensure technical commitments made during the sales process are scalable, supportable, and<br>operationally sound.</li> <li>Solution Design & Product Demonstrations</li> <li>Oversee development of standardized and customized demonstrations by use case, workflow,<br>and customer segment.</li> <li>Ensure demonstrations clearly communicate business outcomes and operational value — not<br>just product features.</li> <li>Support solution packaging across valuation products, AVMs, analytics, APIs, workflow tools,<br>and data services.</li> <li>Integration & Implementation Readiness</li> <li> Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer requirements<br>into implementation plans.</li> <li>Ensure technical scoping and deployment readiness prior to go-live.</li> <li>Help facilitate smooth transitions from Sales to onboarding, implementation, and post-sale<br>support teams.</li> <li>Act as a key feedback conduit between customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.</li> <li>Partner with Customer Success to identify adoption risks tied to technical solution design.</li> <li>Help influence product roadmap discussions based on customer and market feedback.</li> <li>Industry & Technical Expertise</li> <li>Maintain expertise in mortgage and real estate workflows, valuation products, appraisal<br>modernization, and collateral risk management.</li> <li>Stay current on APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, data security, and enterprise<br>implementation patterns.</li> <li> Understand how property data, analytics, valuation products, and workflow technologies<br>support lending and servicing operations.</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Who We Are Looking For</b><div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div> <ul> <li>Proven experience leading, mentoring, or scaling Solution Engineering or technical pre-sales<br>teams.</li> <li>Strong background in technical sales, solution engineering, implementations, or<br>customer-facing technical consulting.Experience within mortgage technology, real estate technology, financial services, SaaS, or<br>data-driven organizations.</li> <li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.</li> <li>Strong organizational, operational, and cross-functional leadership skills.</li> <li>Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, operational leaders, and technical teams.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build structure, process, and scalability in growing organizations.</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></li> <li>Familiarity with valuation workflows, appraisal modernization initiatives, UAD, or collateral risk<br>management.</li> <li>Experience with Automated Valuation Models</li> <li>Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, and workflow platforms.</li> <li>Background supporting SaaS, analytics, or data platform sales environments.</li> <li>Passion for developing people and improving how teams work together.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>What You Can Expect</b><ul> <li>Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $105,300- $137,200 annually,<br>depending on your location, experience, and qualifications.
