  • New York, NY About the team: Business Operations owns the post-purchase journey for fans through three core teams: Marketplace Operations, Active Support, and Fulfillment.
The Marketplace Operations team earns and protects fan trust by delivering the best ticket inventory worldwide. We're obsessively customer-focused, constantly experimenting to make buying and selling tickets seamless and reliable. Marketplace Ops owns the bottom of the funnel , everything after a transaction, where trust is built or broken. From refunds and payments to shipping extensions and replacements, we build the systems that back every order. Our engineers tackle 0 to 1 initiatives at massive scale , designing resilient, high-performance architecture and driving ideas from concept to delivery, directly impacting millions of fans worldwide.
What You'll Do:
Invent new ways fans experience tickets using Agentic AI Integrate AI into engineering at scale, leveraging Claude AI, OpenAI to supercharge workflows, writing code, brainstorming designs, running Q&A agents, generating test plans, drafting PRs, and more. Experiment with next-generation AI and voice tech. Explore reasoning models, real-time voice APIs, and other emerging tools to push the boundaries of what engineering can do. Shape the future of live events at massive scale Build the technological backbone of our marketplace, connecting millions of fans to the experiences they love. Own 0 to 1 initiatives and scale them globally Design and ship systems that are fast, resilient, and anticipate user needs before they even arise.

5-8 years of software development experience across languages such as C#, Java, Python, or Go. Product-oriented mindset with a passion for building intuitive, high-quality user experiences that balance technical correctness.
