Your Impact Drive the technical sales cycle by discovering, positioning, and proving key technical elements to achieve a 'technical win' in complex customer environments. Collaborate with Account Managers to identify promising opportunities, conduct discovery calls, and evaluate prospect needs to drive measurable business outcomes. Demonstrate Splunk products and services through onsite, remote, and field event sessions to showcase value and address complex technical challenges. Conduct hands-on proof of value leveraing Splunk solution offering. Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to transform customers into long-term Splunk champions. Execute professional advocacy through social media and industry events to support continuous pipeline generation. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solution engineering within the Enterprise Software, ITOps or Cybsecurity sector. Demonstrated ability to deliver technical product demonstrations to customers in person, via webinars, or at industry events. Reside in Dubai or in the UAE/Gulf region. Willingness to travel to visit prospects and engage in onsite customer work as required. Prior experience with Splunk data platform, SecOps/ITOps/APM or requivalent technology stack Hands-on experience with conducting proof of value engagements leveraging data platforms, security operations, or observability tools. Preferred Qualifications Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational IT, cybsecurity and compliance structures and digital transformation drivers. Curiosity-driven mindset with a focus on uncovering the "why" behind technical scenarios and customer pain points. Knowledge of security operation standards. Attainment of Splunk Enterprise Security Admin certification or other cybersecurity industry certifications (i.e., CISSP, SANS Cybsecurity, etc.) Experience with modern application architecture, including Kubernetes, Docker, or serverless technologies. Knowledge of digital experience monitoring, including synthetics and real-user monitoring tools. AppDynamics/Observability Cloud certifications are a plus. Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go. Knowledge of AI tools and concepts, including LLMs, GenAI frameworks, or Time Series models.
