Job Summary

Progressive Technology is looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for on-page and off-page optimization

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority

  • Perform detailed site audits and provide actionable insights

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and SEO technologies

  • Optimize websites for local, national, and international SEO

  • Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers to resolve them

  • Develop monthly reports with insights, progress updates, and growth strategies for clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and webmaster guidelines

  • Proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in SEO

  • Experience working with international clients is a plus

  • Agency or freelance experience in managing multiple SEO campaigns is highly desirable
