Responsibilities

  • Trabajar en proyectos reales desde el día uno.
  • Asumir responsabilidades, aprendiendo a resolver problemas y tomar decisiones con autonomía.
  • Proponer mejoras y verlas implementadas.
  • Trabajar en un entorno colaborativo, respetuoso e inclusivo.
  • Buscar mejorar cómo trabajan los equipos y cómo se usan las soluciones que desarrollamos.
  • Desarrollar flexibilidad y mentalidad de mejora continua.
  • Rotación por equipos, con la posibilidad de conocer y trabajar en dos áreas distintas a lo largo del programa (9 meses + 9 meses).

Requirements

  • Ser estudiante universitario/a regular
  • Recibirte entre noviembre de 2027 y julio de 2028
  • Estar cursando carreras como: Ingeniería, Administración, Sistemas, Ciencia de Datos, Economía, Recursos Humanos o afines
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado
  • Interés por aprender y desarrollarte en un entorno dinámico, colaborativo y orientado a la mejora continua.
