We’re integrating Generative AI and intelligent automation into our development practices to enhance creativity, accelerate delivery, and improve how we solve real business problems.</p><p></p><p>You’ll have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and grow your skills through hands-on experience in modern tools and technologies.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Analyze and resolve basic production issues following department guidelines and troubleshooting practices.</p></li><li><p>Provide Level I development and application support.</p></li><li><p>Develop individual modules or components in a larger system architecture.</p></li><li><p>Modify and/or enhance existing components of a small scale with guidance from a supervisor or senior engineer.</p></li><li><p>Perform unit test planning and execution for own code.</p></li><li><p>Execute integration testing within project scope.</p></li><li><p>Design individual modules or components of limited scope in larger system designs.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate on AI-assisted software development tasks, leveraging Generative AI tools to improve coding efficiency, generate test cases, or assist in documentation.</p></li><li><p>Support small-scale proof-of-concept projects involving GenAI APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-driven automation within the software stack.</p></li><li><p>Participate in continuous learning initiatives related to AI technologies, including model APIs, embeddings, and responsible AI use.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Need</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or 2+ years’ equivalent experience in a related field within a medium-to-large IT organization.</p></li><li><p>Certifications: Microsoft Tech, PeopleSoft Tech, Java Tech, OpenSource Tech.</p></li><li><p>Requires no previous professional experience.</p></li><li><p>1+ years’ experience with a programming or scripting language (C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL).</p></li><li><p>1+ years’ experience writing/modifying programs for small to mid-size applications.</p></li><li><p>1+ years’ experience administering and/or configuring an application.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of n-tiered architecture.</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of database concepts.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to Microsoft container, Open Source container, and Java platforms.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI) and RESTful API integration with LLMs preferred.</p></li><li><p>Foundational understanding of Generative AI and awareness of ethical AI practices.</p></li><li><p>Ability to interact and communicate with customers of varying levels of expertise.</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate business processes to technical resources.</p></li><li><p>Ability to create simple process flow diagrams or flowcharts that demonstrate business or system process flow.</p></li><li><p>Ability to gather requirements and create test plans.</p></li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.</span></p>$68,000.00 - $102,000.00<p></p><p>We offer exceptional earning potential and a competitive benefits package, including group health insurance benefits (medical, vision, dental), FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave of up to 6 weeks, and short/long term disability.
