Sr. Director of Growth Marketing

$125000 - $155000 per year | Wyoming, MI | On-Site | Permanent

This is not a “marketing manager running campaigns” role.

A bit about us:

We’re a fast-moving growth studio helping B2B companies uncover repeatable traction through rapid experimentation, demand generation, and customer acquisition systems.

Our team operates more like a startup lab than a traditional agency. We move in 2-week sprints, test aggressively, learn quickly, and optimize relentlessly. We believe growth comes from market signal — not assumptions, giant strategy decks, or polished campaigns that never convert.

We partner directly with founders, operators, and executive teams to build traction engines that create measurable pipeline growth.

If you love ambiguity, speed, ownership, and experimentation, you’ll fit right in.

Why join us?

Highly collaborative startup-style environment

Direct influence on company and client growth

Fast-moving culture with real autonomy

Work directly with founders and executives

Opportunity to shape systems, strategy, and execution

Flexibility without corporate bureaucracy

Hybrid downtown Grand Rapids office environment

A team that values initiative, experimentation, and execution

This is the kind of role where someone says:

“I found a faster way to test this.”

…and everyone gets excited instead of nervous.
