<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>The Senior Inside Sales Representative serves as a key contributor within the Inside Sales team, combining advanced customer management with leadership responsibilities. This role supports strategic customer relationships, partners closely with Outside Sales, and provides guidance, training, and first-line issue resolution for Inside Sales Representatives. The Senior Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team performance.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage and support a portfolio of key and strategic customers, ensuring high levels of service, responsiveness, and issue resolution.</li><li>Act as a primary inside sales partner to Outside Sales Representatives, supporting account strategies, pricing coordination, quoting, and customer follow-up.</li><li>Serve as the first point of escalation for order, fulfillment, pricing, and service issues raised by Inside Sales Representatives.</li><li>Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development for Inside Sales Representatives, including onboard support and process guidance.</li><li>Support the standardization and continuous improvement of inside sales processes, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Review and oversee complex orders, customer agreements, and special requests to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Analyze customer trends, order patterns, and service issues to identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to resolve customer issues and meet commitments.</li><li>Model strong customer-centric behaviors and mentor team members on effective communication and problem-solving.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.</li><li>3+ years of inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing key customer relationships.</li><li>Strong understanding of order management, pricing, and fulfillment processes.</li><li>Proven ability to coach, mentor, and support team members.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, JDE).</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex customer situations.</li><li>International business experience preferred.</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual communication skills preferred.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>Our Company is proud to have a dynamic and inclusive workforce where employees are empowered to innovate, thrive and grow.
