Expected hourly range of \$33.90 to \$47.67, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). In addition to your hourly wage, this role has additional earning potential through voluntary overtime and task work opportunities dependent on business need. This role has earning potential of \$100,00 per year in total compensation. Primary Purpose of Position Performs a wide range of HVAC/Refrigeration services for Commercial customers and promotes the sale of all other services.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, including advanced air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform comprehensive maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications, to determine the layout and installation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed service reports and inventory management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide high-quality service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair
  • State Journeyman HVAC license
  • EPA certification for handling refrigerants
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of HVAC refrigeration systems, including electrical and mechanical components
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in team environments
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Demonstrated excellent critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor others
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license and have reliable personal transportation
