Selling to businesses with between 200 -> 2500 employees, with a sales cycle of around 3-12 months, the role would cover all aspects of the sales cycle from outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries to customer negotiation and deal closing.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong><br><br>Outbound prospection and transforming leads into productive business outcomes; manage and close existing deals while cultivating, qualifying and developing new opportunities.<br>Communicate UKG value proposition via phone, web interaction selling, e-mail communication and face to face meetings.<br>Identify critical business issues and align UKG values accordingly.<br>Effectively manage relevant stakeholders throughout all stages of the sales cycle.<br>Articulate the value of UKG solutions in relation to business challenges.<br>Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles within customer, tying them all together with strategic vision and focus.<br>This role would include occasional travel to customers and other company offices.<br><br><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>About You</strong><br><br></p> <ul> <li>3+ years’ experience in end-to-end sales, ideally within software sales</li> <li>Proven SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sales experience</li> <li>Possess excellent telephone presence and good communication skills are essential, together with a friendly and flexible approach.</li> <li>Confidence in cold and prospecting activities and warm calling.</li> <li>Ability to demonstrate strong business and financial acumen and be able to lead on a strategic vision.</li> <li>Relationship management skills</li> <li>Self-motivated and determined mindset.</li> <li>Able to fit into a working atmosphere that is very much geared towards teamwork</li> <li>New business/hunter mentality.</li> <li>Fluent English language skills</li> <li></li> </ul> <p><strong>Company Overview:</strong></p> <p>UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work.
