Sr. Salesforce Developer | Remote, USA

The Sr. Salesforce Developer is responsible for providing Optivs internal organizations with world class services, focusing on salesforce development.

How you will make an impact:

• Manage technical aspects of assigned projects, including planning, resolving issues and work independently to convert our requirements to Technical Design Specs and design/write code for the assigned projects

• Manage technical development of software, primarily Salesforce, from inception through user acceptance
• Implement best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed
• Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
• Develop solutions, primarily in Salesforce, using either Lightning Component Development or Classic UI and In-depth knowledge of APEX with a strong experience of using developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex and Apex Web Services
• Responsible for Enterprise Application architecture, implementation, and management
• Architect and deliver custom code on multiple large-scale implementations
• Responsible for creating applications that meet security standards

What we are looking for:
• Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, or other diploma or advanced degree in a related field
• 8+ years of IT experience as a Salesforce.com Developer
• Substantial experience of using Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components and Visual Force Pages (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) for SF development
• Operations, development, and deployment experience
• Excellent detailed writing and communication skills
• Experience adhering to the creating of applications that meet security standards, working with security standards, working with security assessors to review code, and detailed application/code documentation
• Proactive and willing to go beyond to satisfy the client and deliver on project goals
• Having Salesforce Certification is a plus
• Proficiency with SQQL and SOSL languages, SOAP and REST web services
• Work with object-oriented programming languages (OOP), Git and Agile Scrum Methodology, version control software like Jira, Bitbucket, and Jenkins
• Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and how to integrate Apps via the App exchange platform
