This role focuses on strong execution, sound technical decision making, and helping the team deliver high quality software that meets product and business needs.

This role supports modernization and quality improvements through hands on development and day-to-day technical leadership. Without strong senior engineers, teams struggle with consistency, code quality, and delivery efficiency. This role helps ensure work is done correctly, pragmatically, and with long-term maintainability in mind.

What You Will Do

  • Design and implement features and services within Reveleer’s platform using established architectural patterns.
  • Write high quality, maintainable code and take ownership of systems within your domain.
  • Contribute to system reliability, performance, and security through disciplined engineering practices.
  • Participate in design discussions, offering input and recommendations within a defined scope.
  • Review code, share best practices, and support the growth of less experienced engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver agreed outcomes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong experience building and evolving backend systems using .NET and Java in production environments.
  • 4+ years of designing scalable, distributed systems and cloud-based architectures.
  • Proven ability to contribute to complex technical initiatives from concept through deployment, with clear ownership and follow through.
  • Strong technical judgment and the ability to influence without formal authority, aligning teams around sound engineering decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and elevate quality through clear standards and practical coaching.
  • A bias for action, paired with a high bar for reliability, security, and maintainability.
