At Bryant Park Consulting, we foster a collaborative and supportive environment where our employees can thrive and grow professionally.</p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <p>As a Staff Consultant with Bryant Park Consulting, you will work as a developing delivery professional within structured project teams to support and execute defined NetSuite implementation workstreams under the guidance of Senior and Principal Consultants. This role serves as the primary training and development tier within the BPC practice, where you will build NetSuite functional expertise, strengthen client communication skills, and demonstrate increasing independence across engagements. You will contribute to successful client outcomes through reliable execution, attention to detail, and a strong learning mindset while maintaining a target utilization of 80% across 1,600 annual billable hours.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Engagement Execution<br>Execute assigned configuration tasks, data preparation activities, and documentation deliverables as directed by the Senior or Principal Consultant leading the engagement.<br>Complete configuration workbook sections, build NetSuite records and settings, and conduct initial configuration testing within defined scope.<br>Support data migration activities including data cleansing, template population, and validation testing under Senior Consultant direction.<br>Participate in client-facing meetings as a supporting team member; begin to develop comfort presenting status and fielding basic questions.</li> <li>NetSuite Skill Development<br>Actively develop functional knowledge across core NetSuite modules through on-the-job delivery, BPC training resources, and self-directed study.<br>Pursue NetSuite certification milestones on the timeline established with the Practice Manager (Suite Foundation within first year; ERP Consultant within 18 months).<br>Ask questions proactively; bring proposed solutions alongside issues rather than problems alone.<br>Apply feedback from Senior and Principal Consultants to improve deliverable quality across successive engagements.</li> <li>Documentation & Quality<br>Produce clear, accurate documentation — configuration notes, testing scripts, process guides — that meets BPC quality standards with one round of review.<br>Support UAT scripting and execution; document and track defects clearly.<br>Follow BPC delivery methodology and templates consistently; flag deviations or gaps to the engagement lead.</li> <li>Team Participation<br>Participate constructively in team meetings, standups, and delivery retrospectives.<br>Support Associate Consultants on shared tasks where applicable, modeling the collaborative behavior expected across the practice.<br>Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by documenting learnings from engagements in team resources.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems consulting, accounting/finance, or a related field.</li> <li>Foundational understanding of core business processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with structured data and process documentation.</li> <li>Clear written and verbal communication; able to produce professional client-facing documentation with guidance.</li> <li>NetSuite Suite Foundation certification required within the first 12 months of hire.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Prior exposure to NetSuite or comparable ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, Sage, QuickBooks Enterprise) in an implementation or analyst capacity.</li> <li>Experience in accounting, finance, or operations roles that included system configuration or process improvement.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced project </li> </ul> <p><strong>Travel:</strong></p> <p>Usually no travel required, but willingness to travel up to 10% to be on-site with clients as needed, or for events (note: this role is fully remote).<br><br></p> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong>: $95,000 to $120,000 CAD</p> <p>In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above.
