Staff Solutions Architect (U.S. Government)

<strong>About the Opportunity:</strong> <br><br>Seekr is building trusted, explainable AI solutions for mission-critical environments. We are seeking a Solutions Architect to help U.S. Government customers understand and adopt our AI platform and mission-specific solutions to address complex operational challenges.<br><br>In this role, you will partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, frame customer challenges, and define solution approaches that align directly to mission priorities. Your focus is to translate advanced AI capabilities into clear, actionable outcomes, helping stakeholders understand what is possible, why it matters, and how to move forward with confidence.<br><br>You will develop deep expertise in Seekr’s technology and government-focused solutions, applying that knowledge to design and deliver targeted demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that show measurable, real-world impact. Working closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams, you will ensure solutions are both compelling and operationally viable in secure environments.<br><br>This role requires structured thinking and strong executive communication. You will create clear, decision-oriented artifacts and deliver high-quality presentations that connect technical capabilities to mission outcomes.<br><br>Success in this role is defined by your ability to shape opportunities, influence strategy, and enable customers to confidently adopt AI solutions that deliver meaningful mission impact.<br><br><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead technical discovery engagements with U.S. Government customers, defining mission needs, constraints, and success criteria</li><li>Translate customer challenges into structured solution approaches, including architecture and implementation pathways</li><li>Design and deliver targeted demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts that clearly illustrate the value of Seekr’s platform and government-specific solutions</li><li>Develop concise, decision-oriented artifacts – including solution architectures, diagrams, and briefing materials – that accelerate customer understanding and alignment</li><li>Present to senior government stakeholders, communicating complex technical capabilities in a clear, credible, and mission-relevant manner</li><li>Own technical solution strategy for deals, including architecture definition and approach</li><li>Initiate and lead cross-functional discussions with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned to customer requirements</li><li>Contribute to proposal and capture efforts, contributing to technical volumes, solution narratives, and helping to shape the response strategy. </li><li>Build and sustain trusted customer relationships by demonstrating domain awareness, technical credibility, and a consistent focus on mission outcomes</li><li>Mentor junior Solution Architects and Solution Engineers, establishing best practices for discovery, solutioning, and customer engagement</li><li>Leverage and contribute to reusable assets, patterns, and accelerators that improve delivery consistency and speed</li><li>Lead end-to-end customer engagements across multiple concurrent opportunities, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment to enterprise mission needs<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications and Skills:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Active US Security Clearance (TS / SCI eligibility strongly preferred)</li><li>6+ years’ experience in a customer-facing Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sale’s role within U.S. Government environments</li><li>Strong communication and presence, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and senior stakeholders</li><li>Experience designing and delivering demos and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate real-world impact</li><li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate effectively across Sales, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams</li><li>Ability to create clear, structured artifacts (e.g., architectures, solution flows, demonstrations) that drive customer understanding and alignment</li><li>Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and terms and experience architecting solutions for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) </li><li>Experience supporting proposals/RFPs </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple engagements with consistency and attention to detail</li><li>Self-starter with high accountability, a collaborative mindset, and a bias for action</li><li>BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)<br><br></li></ul><strong>About the Company: <br><br></strong>Seekr is a leader in explainable and trustworthy artificial intelligence designed to power mission-critical decisions in enterprises, government, and regulated industries.
