JOB SUMMARY: The Restaurant Steward plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall operational efficiency of kitchen and service areas. Reporting directly to the Executive Steward, this position supports culinary and service teams by ensuring all equipment, utensils, and workspaces meet Legends’ high standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest experience excellence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Wash and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, and kitchen utensils Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and service tools Store all equipment and supplies in proper, designated locations Sweep, mop, and maintain all kitchen and back-of-house floors Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times Transport food, supplies, and equipment throughout the stadium or venue as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures All other duties as assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen or stewarding environment preferred Commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork. Demonstrated trustworthiness with strong ethical standards and honest communication Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet kitchen environments.
