<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>As a vital member of the Mars Retail group’s finance team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our value creation journey for the M&M’s® brand. This FP&A Manager position is designed for a strategic business partner who combines robust financial acumen with advanced technical skills to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement across our organization.</p><p></p><p>You will own the end-to-end management financial reporting cycle, from pulling raw data to delivering impactful analysis for decision-making. In addition to traditional FP&A responsibilities, you will leverage tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI (Excel expertise required; other tools are a plus) to enhance reporting efficiency and data-driven business partnering.</p><p></p><p><b>What are we looking for?</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering roles.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is highly desirable.</p></li><li><p>High degree of self-direction, learning agility, and willingness to drive change.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.</p></li><li><p>Experience collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What will your key responsibilities be?</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Reporting Cycle Ownership:</b><br />Lead the full reporting cycle, including data extraction, transformation, and management financial reporting. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of all financial reports and dashboards.</p></li><li><p><b>Advanced Analytics & Technical Enablement:</b><br />Utilize advanced Excel skills and, where possible, tools like Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI to automate, streamline, and enhance reporting processes. Champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices in financial analysis.</p></li><li><p><b>Budgeting & Forecasting:</b><br />Develop and manage overheads reporting and budgeting processes locally and within corporate. Lead periodic reviews with all overhead functions and ensure robust communication of financial performance.</p></li><li><p><b>Period Close & Reconciliation:</b><br />Oversee all period close entries and reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Maintain and enhance financial systems and master data integrity.</p></li><li><p><b>Business Partnering:</b><br />Serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional teams, providing financial, operational, and analytical support. Collaborate closely with business leaders to align financial forecasts and targets with business objectives.</p></li><li><p><b>Compliance & Template Management:</b><br />Ensure all reporting templates meet legal entity and compliance requirements. Provide training and support to ensure data quality and process adherence.</p></li><li><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b><br />Act as the primary liaison with Mars Snacking finance teams to coordinate SAP master data governance, troubleshoot system issues, and implement process improvements related to financial master data management.</p></li><li><p><b>Continuous Improvement:</b><br />Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across FP&A activities.
