Oversee the management of subcontractors and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders. Monitor subcontractor performance and identify areas for improvement. Negotiate terms and conditions for new and existing subcontract agreements. Review and approve subcontractor invoices and ensure timely payments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement subcontractor strategies. Identify potential risks and issues related to subcontractor performance and develop mitigation plans. Monitor market trends and identify potential subcontractor opportunities. Provide guidance and support to junior members of the subcontract management team. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to subcontractor management.
