Summer Camp Counselor (Little School Preschool)

<p style="margin: 0;"><span style="color: inherit;">This position involves organizing and supervising children (ages 3-5) in a summer day camp </span><span style="color: inherit;">setting. Activities include arts and crafts, music and dance, sports and games, special events, and more. Cleaning and sanitizing duties are also required. Staff must be available to work for all six weeks of the camp, with counselors working 40 hours per week. Camp dates are from June 29 to August 7.</span></p><p style="margin: 0">Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to engage and entertain preschool-aged children. </p><p style="margin: 0"><br></p><p style="margin: 0">Foster a safe and inclusive environment for campers, emphasizing teamwork and cooperation. </p><p style="margin: 0"><br></p><p style="margin: 0">Assist in the setup and cleanup of daily activities and maintain a clean and organized camp space. </p><p style="margin: 0"><br></p><p style="margin: 0">Actively participate in all camp events, including special visits from the firefighters, police, etc. </p><p style="margin: 0"><br></p><p style="margin: 0">Collaborate with fellow camp counselors and staff to ensure a positive camp experience. </p><p style="margin: 0"><br></p><p style="margin: 0">Provide regular updates to parents on camp activities and their child's participation.</p><p style="margin: 0"><br></p><p style="margin: 0">The duties listed above are intended only as an illustration of the various types of work that may be performed.
