<br/><br/><strong>Primary Responsibilities: </strong><br/><br/><ul><li> Manages non-exempt employees </li><li> Responsible for the operational activities of a variety of departments </li><li> Receives assignments in form of specific objectives </li><li> Reviews and analyzes reports, records and directives, and confers with managers/ supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered </li><li> Provides directions to employees according to policies and management guidance </li><li> May evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and develop and implement improved procedures and practices </li><li> Administers company policies that directly affect operations </li><li> Interacts with subordinate supervisors, outside customers and functional peer groups at management levels.
