This is primarily a maintenance role: responding to user inquiries, working through tickets, and keeping our help resources up to date using Zendesk. The workflows are already established — we need a reliable, friendly person to keep them running smoothly.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a great opportunity for an internship, or for someone looking to break into customer-facing / customer success work and build hands-on experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to user inquiries and resolve tickets through Zendesk</li><li>Maintain and follow our existing support processes and macros</li><li>Escalate technical or sensitive issues to the right team members</li><li>Help keep help-center articles and canned responses current</li><li>Flag recurring issues and user feedback to the team</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with Zendesk (or a similar helpdesk platform)</li><li>Clear, friendly, and empathetic written communication</li><li>Reliability and good judgment working independently</li><li>Comfort handling sensitive user situations with discretion</li><li>No formal degree required — attitude and communication skills matter most</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Please Note</strong></p><p>Bindr is an 18+ dating app. This role involves reviewing and responding to user reports and content that may be mature or sexually explicit in nature.
