The Talent Acquisition Advisor delivers end-to-end recruitment for the supported population, partnering with People Managers to hire top talent and ensure a strong candidate experience. This role also plays a key part in strengthening Mondelēz International’s employer brand in the local market.

How you will contribute

You will

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from intake to offer, ensuring quality hires and great candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, provide market insights, and guide hiring decisions
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with TA Coordinator and BU TA Lead to ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment delivery
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
  • Promote the company’s employer brand across all candidate touchpoints
  • Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and university engagement activities
  • Partner with universities and external networks to attract early talent
  • Ensure consistent and compelling EVP messaging in job ads and outreach
Early Talent & Onboarding
  • Support Graduate Trainee and Internship hiring
  • Enhance onboarding experience to ensure a smooth new joiner journey

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience
  • Strong understanding of FMCG industry roles and business needs
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment and managing stakeholders, including across countries
  • Exposure to employer branding, talent attraction, and university engagement activities
  • Experience in designing or improving recruitment processes and standards to enhance quality of hire
  • Strong sourcing skills using digital platforms, networking, and referrals
  • Experience in graduate hiring and partnerships with universities in Malaysia
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS is an advantage
