<p>The Talent Acquisition Consultant plays a critical role in our organization by providing expert guidance and support in talent acquisition strategies and processes. Partners with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment plans, and execute end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives.</p><p> </p><p>This role will be focused on hiring administrative support roles across the organization including roles like <span style="font-size: 11pt;"><strong>Admin and Program Coordinators, Chaplins, Patient Experience, Scribes, Business Operations, Legal, Finance, Revenue Cycle, etc.</strong></span></p><p> </p><p style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><i>Remote Eligibility: This position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in the following states – DC, DE, FL, GA, MD, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV</i></p><p><br><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><div><ul><li>Collaborates with hiring managers and HR teams to develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives</li><li>Partners with stakeholders to identify hiring needs, define job requirements, and create job descriptions that attract qualified candidates</li><li>Utilizes a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques, to identify and engage with potential candidates</li><li>Conducts thorough assessments of candidates, including resume screening, phone and in-person interviews, and reference checks, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit</li><li>Ensures a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, by providing timely communication, personalized attention, and addressing candidate concerns</li><li>Establishes and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs</li><li>Tracks and analyzes recruitment data, including sourcing channels, time-to-hire, candidate quality, and diversity metrics, to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement</li><li>Conducts research and analysis on talent trends, competitor landscapes, and industry best practices to stay informed and provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies</li><li>Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and diversity initiatives throughout the recruitment process and promote diversity and inclusion within the organization's talent pool</li></ul></div><p><br><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>1 year of experience in Recruitment</li><li>Bachelor's degree in related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree equivalent to 4 years)</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li data-section-id="z3l1er" data-start="29" data-end="118">Experience recruiting for high-volume, non-clinical roles in a fast-paced environment</li><li data-section-id="1u18dhj" data-start="119" data-end="207">Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through</li><li data-section-id="8zw03w" data-start="208" data-end="349">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li data-section-id="ova1sx" data-start="459" data-end="509" data-is-last-node="">Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred</li></ul> <br><p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">We are Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
