This is a<strong> Remote – Brazil </strong>position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. </p> <p>As a TA Senior Analyst you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes for non-technical roles, ensuring we bring top-tier talent into Wellhub. You will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, leveraging advanced data analytics to drive innovative sourcing strategies and enable the best hiring decisions.<br>Beyond execution, you will be an early adopter of AI technologies, integrating them into your daily workflow to optimize job descriptions, candidate ranking, and process efficiency. This role is pivotal in scaling our teams through a "people-first" approach while utilizing market intelligence to ensure we remain competitive in a global landscape.</p> <p><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process </strong>for non-technical (Business) roles, ensuring high-quality hires and alignment with business needs.</li> <li><strong>Partner closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners</strong> to define hiring strategies, evaluation criteria, and ensure a seamless calibration through kickoff meetings.</li> <li><strong>Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies</strong> to build diverse talent pipelines and improve overall hiring effectiveness.</li> <li><strong>Drive a positive candidate experience</strong> by maintaining transparent communication, providing timely feedback, and acting as a professional brand ambassador for Wellhub.</li> <li><strong>Analyze recruitment metrics and data</strong> to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and formally propose improvements to increase the TA function's efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Ensure compliance with global labor laws</strong>, internal SLAs, and data accuracy (cost centers, candidate stages, and budget alignment) within our ATS (Greenhouse).</li> <li><strong>Promote diversity, equity, and belonging</strong> by proactively sourcing from underrepresented groups and mitigating biases throughout the selection process.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate with cross-functional teams</strong> (People Ops, OD&B) to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to employer branding initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Live the mission:</strong> inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. </li> </ul> <p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Educational Background: </strong>Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.</li> <li><strong>Recruitment Expertise:</strong> Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand, fast-paced environments (startups or global companies).</li> <li><strong>Advanced Data Literacy:</strong> Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and hands-on experience with dashboards to build reports and analyze funnel metrics.</li> <li><strong>AI Enthusiast: </strong>Familiarity and interest in AI (Claude, Gemini, similar) to optimize daily TA tasks (e.g., drafting job descriptions, candidate ranking, or sourcing).</li> <li><strong>Analytical Mindset:</strong> Ability to leverage Market Intelligence and Talent Insights to identify trends and enable data-backed hiring decisions.</li> <li><strong>Financial Acumen: </strong>Demonstrated ability to align candidate salary expectations with internal budgets and financial constraints.</li> <li><strong>Systems Experience: </strong>Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a strong preference for Greenhouse.</li> <li><strong>Communication & Language: </strong>Advanced English is mandatory, as you will collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> A resilient, people-first professional with a growth mindset and a focus on solving problems in a constantly changing environment.</li> </ul> <p>We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
