ADP is hiring a Talent Consultant for Comprehensive Talent in the CORE space. In this role you will serve as the designated strategic talent consultant for your assigned book of business, partnering with executives and practitioners to support in executing the client’s talent goals and objectives for Comprehensive Services clients sized <150 employees.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things talent, be highly specialized in the full talent life cycle, and be able to assist clients with strategic talent initiatives. They will be adept at asking probing questions to design and help execute a talent strategy that is highly customized to the clients' needs - incorporating competitive insight, industry best practices, and client data to help clients achieve their employee growth, engagement and retention goals.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Partner with clients to build a Talent Strategy Plan and proactively identify talent-focused objectives, initiatives, and priorities throughout the client lifecycle
    • Provide strategic guidance on all areas of the talent lifecycle such as talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, employee development, succession planning, employee engagement, recruitment marketing, and turnover reduction
    • Lead project and stakeholder management for custom Talent initiatives for client
    • Implement and optimize WFN talent modules to create efficiencies and streamline processes to line up with strategic recommendations outlined in the Talent Strategy Plan
    • Deliver talent technology demos and overviews to client practitioners
    • Create and provide clients with customized training material on WFN talent technology as needed to ensure managers and employees are up to date on current processes
    • Deliver instructor-led training to client practitioners, managers, or employees on talent-related topics such as leadership, diversity and inclusion, team building, emotional intelligence, and more
    • Leverage data from WFN Enhanced Insights and Analytics to provide data driven strategic talent recommendations
    • Consult with client on employee training to promote workforce engagement and development
    • Build internal relationships and coordinate with other ADP teams and third parties, enabling seamless delivery of ADP Services and work with sales teams to educate our sales managers about the product and partner with them on qualified prospect calls
    • Responsible for understanding and staying informed on overall talent landscape to effectively guide clients
    • Responsible for the satisfaction and retention of Comp Talent clients in their book of business
    • Report on and deliver presentations to senior leadership on health of book of business and overall offering in Core
    • Identify opportunities to evolve and grow the Comp Talent offering

      To succeed in this role: (required qualifications)

      • Minimum of 7 years' experience in one or more of the following: professional services, client services, sales, human resources environment including recruiting, with proven proficiency in managing client relationships and specialization in talent.
      • BA/BS or equivalent in education and experience
      • Industry knowledge of talent strategy including recruitment best practices, employee engagement strategies, and employee development strategy
      • Experience developing and evaluating talent strategy
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Ability to demonstrate sound analytical and critical thinking skills
      • Ability to work through roadblocks independently
      • Ability to learn Workforce Now technology quickly and expertly
      • An advanced understanding of HCM metrics and ability to interpret the data and make strategic talent recommendations
      • Understand the talent landscape and employee lifecycle
      • Up to 10-15% travel anticipated/required - based on client needs

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
• CPP, PHR, SHPR or CEBS certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing larger more complex client account relationships with multiple products.
• Extensive experience building relationships and understanding a client's needs is essential.
• Prior experience managing service recovery required.
• Expert knowledge of ADP's infrastructure and ADP's traditional and new product/services in business processing and outsourcing required.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $74,100.00 - USD $150,300.00 / Year*

*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
