Job Summary

HR Service Jobs, in collaboration with Unacademy – Indias leading online education platform – is offering an exciting Teaching Internship opportunity for aspiring educators passionate about teaching English, Hindi, Mathematics, or SAT Preparation. This internship is ideal for university students, recent graduates, educators transitioning to online platforms, or individuals preparing for a career in EdTech. Interns will gain hands-on experience in content creation, live teaching, student engagement, and personalized coaching – all under expert mentorship and structured training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct live and recorded classes for subjects assigned (English, Hindi, Math, or SAT prep).

  • Assist in designing lesson plans, practice worksheets, and learning modules.

  • Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to students to enhance performance.

  • Collaborate with curriculum developers and senior educators to ensure content quality.

  • Use digital tools and learning management systems (LMS) to track student progress.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve teaching and communication skills.

  • Moderate student doubts and discussions on the Unacademy platform.

  • Meet academic delivery KPIs and internship goals consistently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Arts, Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong command over the subject of choice: English, Hindi, Mathematics, or SAT.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.

  • Comfortable with public speaking and online interaction.

  • Familiarity with basic digital tools like Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Prior tutoring or coaching experience (preferred but not mandatory).

  • High-speed internet and access to a laptop/PC with a webcam.

Experience

  • No prior full-time experience required.

  • Freshers, final-year students, or those with home tutoring experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Previous participation in Olympiads, debates, or competitive exams is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible hours between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST (based on batch allocation).

  • Minimum commitment: 15–20 hours per week.

  • Option to work weekends for extra incentives.

  • Subject Matter Expertise (in any one or more of: English, Hindi, Math, SAT).

  • Passion for teaching and online education.
