Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Tech Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top tech talent. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various roles, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build a strong pipeline of skilled candidates.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
    • Identify and engage top IT talent using job boards, Social media, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
    • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future IT hiring needs.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Candidate Screening & Selection:
    • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and qualifications.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams (phone, video, or in-person).
    • Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Post IT job openings on relevant platforms, company career pages and manage applicant tracking.
    • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from application to onboarding.
    • Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
    • Build relationships with IT professionals and ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Represent the company professionally to attract top talent.
    • Promote the company’s culture, values, and growth opportunities to potential hires.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding:
    • Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates.
    • Work with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding for new IT hires.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or any related field (preferred).
    • Min 1 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical staffing, or talent acquisition.
  • Technical Knowledge & Skills:
    • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
    • Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidate qualifications.
    • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
