What You Can Expect You will accelerate service provider partners from onboarding through go-to-market launch, bridging technical and commercial needs. Working across partner engineering, sales, and internal specialist teams, you will design enablement programs and productize partner offers. You will deliver measurable partner readiness and revenue impact. About the Team We enable service providers to build and launch Zoom-powered offerings at scale. Our team collaborates across sales, engineering, and operations to deliver partner onboarding, enablement, and go-to-market support. We exist to accelerate partner success and expand Zoom's reach through the service provider channel. Responsibilities - Partnering with Sales to lead technical and commercial onboarding for service provider partners, including cloud peering architecture, API integration pathways, and platform capability workshops - Designing go-to-market strategies and productized offers with partners, including pricing models, service bundles, and customer-facing collateral - Delivering technical and sales enablement programs for partner engineering and sales teams, coordinating certification pathways and competency frameworks - Managing end-to-end partner experience across onboarding and launch, coordinating with internal specialist teams and resolving blockers - Driving ongoing partner development through joint business planning, performance reviews, and capability expansion initiatives What We're Looking For - Navigate service provider business models, including telco, carrier, and wholesale channel partner commercial structures and operational requirements - Demonstrate technical fluency in cloud communications architecture, including UCaaS/CCaaS platforms, SIP trunking, cloud peering, and API integrations - Build partner go-to-market offers, including pricing models, service bundling, and commercial value positioning for wholesale contexts - Design and deliver structured enablement programs that drive measurable partner capability and sales readiness - Collaborate across cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, operations, marketing) to deliver partner outcomes without direct authority - Manage complex partner lifecycles end-to-end, maintaining accountability for multiple concurrent workstreams and partner experience quality - Contribute to continuous improvement of partner program assets, processes, and frameworks within the team - Support operational readiness activities, including partner support structures, escalation paths, and go-live process coordination Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
