Technical Product Owner

<h2>Overview</h2> <p>The Technical Product Owner is responsible for driving solution definitions that support business ideas and product concepts at a team and program level through gathering and translating testable requirements into application software solutions. They have deep domain knowledge and strong experience in collaborating with diverse teams including product managers, software developers, testers, and teams such as Client Services, Operations, Clinical, Data Science, and Marketing.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Conduct interviews and requirement workshops with a cross-disciplined team to elicit an understanding of business needs. </li> <li>Collaborate with key stakeholders and the development team to drive a solution that meets the program-level objectives and vision. </li> <li>Document and maintain requirements (features and user stories) via collaboration with the product, business, and development teams. </li> <li>Refinement of program backlog and preparation/readiness for Program Increment Planning. </li> <li>Prioritize and maintain the team backlog in coordination with the Scrum Master and Delivery Lead. </li> <li>Acceptance of user stories completed at the end of each iteration/sprint. </li> <li>Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. </li> <li>Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned. </li> <li>Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. </li> </ul> <p>This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required.
